Rates

Essential VA charges an hourly rate of $35.00/hour (billed in 15 minute increments). A detailed spreadsheet is provided for all work. Essential VA also offers retainer fees at a discounted rate.

For special projects a flat rate may be negotiated. Jobs and/or projects larger than $500 will require a deposit of $200 prior to work commencing on the project. Unused deposits will be carried over at the discretion of Essential VA.

A contract must be signed prior to commencement of work. Additional cost will be charged back to the client such as mail and courier cost.
